To SEE or not to SEE

Need a prescription lens? Every frame from ReFramed by Nikki can be brought to your local optometrist to have your prescription lenses added.

**Your prescription needs to be less than 2 years old for it to be valid.**

You can purchase your frames with your HSA/FSA benefit.

No prescription? No worries! Each frame can be worn as is to add flair to your everyday style.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your eyewear purchase! Let us know within 15 days of receiving your eyewear for a full refund. We will not accept returns on used items.  Products must be unworn, unused, undamaged, clean and returned with all accessories. The product must be in its original packaging. All items are visually inspected upon receipt for signs or wear prior to the issuance of any refunds or exchanges. 

We will attach a shipping label for your return via email.  A fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund as the label is used.

If you do not choose to use the attached return label the order number should be included with your return so that we may process your return accurately. You will be refunded for the original amount of your order minus a $5 handling fee.

Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. We will refund the original amount of your order minus any shipping charges and handling fee.

Orders including 3 or more frames that are being returned, will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

The refund will only be through the original payment, Credit card.

Exchanges are based on product availability and may incur additional charges based on price. Note that ReFRAMED by Nikki does not provide free returns for international orders.
